Application: premise cable sheathing line apply to make simplex, duplex and distribution cable which has 2~24 fibers, cable coating material can be PVC, LSZH.




Main feature:

Distribution cable production line easy to operate, The equipment adopts industrial computer and programmable logic control (that is IPC+PLC mode) to realize the line's synchronal running and the independent operation. The production operation and the parameter set and display are carried out through the industrial computer. The production state collection and progress control are realized on PLC. The computer communicates with PLC, which can realize the production operation, the warning display, the line's emergency and other functions.

1. Cable making equipment delivery on time.
2. Cable making machine commissioning: when machine completed, the commissioning shall be conducted in our factory with buyer examination. The materials for the commissioning shall be supplied by the seller.
3. Cable machine installation: If the buyer wants the support to install our machine in his/her factory, all expenses our workers spend will be borne by the buyer, the expenses include round flight tickets, costs for visa, fees for local hotel, meals and transport in buyer's country). Salary USD 60 for one person each day.
4. Guarantee period: The guarantee period is one year after cable equipment commissioning. During guarantee period, the seller shall be responsible for the replacement of any spare parts for free due to the quality problem, the buyer shall be responsible for the air courier or transmission fee of the spare parts.
